No, we don't. Our commitment is to sustainability, which is why we exclusively offer lab-grown diamonds. These diamonds are not only a more eco-friendly choice, but they also cater to budget preferences, allowing savings of nearly 60% compared to Natural diamonds.

It is impossible to differentiate one from the other with the naked eye. Natural diamonds have minuscule amounts of nitrogen in them, while lab-grown diamonds don’t. Gemologists use this characteristic feature to differentiate.

JEWELRY INFORMATION

We have stringent policies when it comes to the purity of jewellery. All our jewellery is hallmarked and passes through rigorous control checks before leaving our workshop.

You would be happy to know that we offer a one-time complimentary resizing option.

DELIVERY, RETURNS, REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

You can contact us via our WhatsApp numbers or call us on our contact number and we will arrange a pickup service for it to be sent back to us.

We send all our jewellery pieces across the UK via Royal Mail with insurance. If the delivery is to be made outside UK, we use FedEX.

If your chosen piece is in stock and ready to go, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days. If we need to create your piece to match your size or specifications, it will take around 4 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience as we craft your perfect piece of jewellery.

Please contact us directly if you wish to exchange or return your purchased items. We will share the return procedure with you, as per your location. You will also need to contact us if you wish for a resize or a refund.

Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a thorough check to ensure that it is unused and undamaged. Once the return is approved, the refund process is initiated. It can take anywhere between 10-12 working days from then.

Yes, we offer 0% flexible financing through PayPal Credit and Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 months. This way, you can enjoy your jewellery now and manage payments in a way that suits your budget.
